Overview

Fappani Performance Horses is located in Scottsdale, Arizona, in the Rio Verde area—an exceptionally horse-friendly region known for its concentration of horse ranches and large training facilities. Nestled among scenic desert peaks, the area offers a quiet, functional setting ideal for high-performance horses.

The facility is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the WestWorld of Scottsdale, a premier equestrian venue, and approximately 45 minutes from the airport. Scottsdale is also known for its outstanding restaurants and resorts, making it a true destination location. While summers are warm, the winters are hard to beat.

  • 47-stall show barn with oversized stalls (16′ x 16′) and integrated cooling system
  • 36-stall mare motel, typically housing most two-year-olds
  • Breeding barn with laboratory and 5 stalls equipped with camera monitoring
  • 6-horse free exerciser
